Cornwall, Truro As above, but covered with wild garlic leaves. Garlic aroma but which is not over powering. Also a whole cheese can be a perfect base layer of a celebration cheese cake. Awarded bronze at 2008 & 2011 British Cheese Awards. Pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet are used to produce this cheese.
