Cornwall. Invented by Alan Gray in 1983. Hand wrapped in fine nettle leaves. Awarded bronze at 2008 British Cheese Awards. Fresh, moist and and can be slightly crumbly. Pasteurised milk. A pretty addition for cheese wedding cakes.
